Dear Greens,

     At our meeting last week, we reiterated our commitment to
reforming the recall process in SF.  We want voters to be able to
choose a replacement for recalled elected officials on the same ballot
as the recall election, instead of the Mayor appointing one of his
friends.  As a consequence, we did not make any endorsement on the
recall of Joel Engardio in District 4 (although we want to remind
voters that Engardio did not seek the Green Party's endorsement when
he ran for office, and that we opposed his ballot measure regarding
the Great Highway).  We will post a more complete statement on our
website regarding the D4 recall election.

     Thanks to everyone who helped us with voter outreach at SF Pride!
We will be doing more voter outreach tomorrow, July 4, at the SF Mime
Troupe's home opener.  Details below:

What:  Voter outreach at the SF Mime Troupe's home opener
Where:  Dolores Park, meet by entrance at Church and 18th St
When:  Fri, July 4, 1 pm - 4 pm

We'll be doing voter outreach at the Mime Troupe's opening show in
Dolores Park on Friday, July 4.  Their play this year is called
"Disruption - A Musical Farce."  https://www.sfmt.org/

The play will start at 2 pm, with music at 1:30.  Volunteers are
needed to help us set up our table and do voter outreach starting at 1
