Dear Greens,
Looking for a way to get more involved in the Green Party? Tired
of the Democrats' losing strategies and the destruction of the Federal
government by Trump and his MAGA enablers?
Join the SF Greens in fighting for:
* Muni Now, Muni Forever (saving public transit)
* Public grocery stores and pharmacies, to replace corporate
branches that are closing
* Working with organized labor (particularly Workers Strike Back)
* Starting a Green think tank like SPUR
* Clean Energy
* Environmental justice in the Bayview and Treasure Island
* Social Housing
* YOUR community's priorities
Come to our new members meeting this March 26! Whether you're new
to activism or a seasoned former Berniecrat or DSA member, bring your

In addition to our upcoming meeting, Barry Hermanson wrote an
article about Butch Ware entering the 2026 CA Governor's race as a
Green. We'll be considering his endorsement at a future meeting
(probably in April):

What: Green Party Members' meeting - focusing on New Members!
Where: 2973 16th St, #300, SF
When: Wed, March 26, 6-9 pm
If you are upset at the Democrats for retreating and backpedaling, and
if you are wanting to protect yourself from the far reaching effects
of conservative policy, this is a platform for those who do wish to
STAND UP.
Progressive ideals are not radical and in fact have been the backbone
of an aspiring San Francisco society.
Union Jobs, Universal Healthcare, Free Childcare & Public Schools,
Well Funded Public Transit, Safe Streets, Affordable Housing, and
Public Utilities are good policy - they just need protection and to be
brought into the new age.
With a new generation of workers in the Green Party, we wish to infuse
modernization and a strong, united working class back into decision
making.
San Francisco needs builders. Doers. Thinkers. People like you.
This isn't just a meeting - it’s an invitation. An opportunity to
bring your skills, passions, and ideas into a community of people who
want to uplift this city and each other. You don't need to be an
activist. You don't need political experience. You just need that
feeling - that drive - to contribute, to create, to make things
better.
San Francisco has given us all so much. Now, it’s our turn to give
back.
We want to build a community of action—where projects, solutions, and
skillsharing allow us to step up, contribute, and lead.
Maybe you're a builder, an artist, a strategist. Maybe you work in
tech, in government, in food service, in labor, or in education.
Whatever your background, there is a role for you to contribute and
volunteer.
Join us. Bring your ideas. Find your role. You'll leave this
meeting inspired, energized, and ready to make an impact.
RSVP here: https://partiful.com/events/hOaPPT55o3FrqEu92l6I/
or email cc at sfgreens.org, or just show up!
We'll provide food (Old Jerusalem), wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Every 4th Wednesday the SF Green Party meets to discuss issues of
concern, listen to interesting speakers, endorse events, plan outreach
and more! Everyone welcome. All meetings are wheelchair accessible.
To make a presentation or gain the SFGP endorsement of events and
issues, please contact our SFGP County Council at: cc at sfgreens.org
Mask policy: Masks are currently optional indoors, for both vaccinated
and non-vaccinated people. We provide the option for SF Green Party
members and guests to participate in our meetings via Zoom, so email
cc at sfgreens.org for info on how you can join us virtually.
