Dear Greens,
Please join us on Wed, March 25, for our candidate forum and
endorsement meeting! We will be considering endorsements for the June
primary election, for the offices of D2 and D4 Supervisor, Board of
Education, Congress, and Superior Court Judge. Questionnaires and
reminders have been sent to candidates and are due back to us this
Tuesday night. All answers will be posted on our website.
If you support any of the local candidates and want to be sure
they have a chance of being endorsed, please remind them to return our
questionnaires, which are posted here:
* Supervisor - https://sfgreens.org/supe_q.txt
* Board of Education - https://sfgreens.org/boe_q.txt
* Congress - https://sfgreens.org/congress_q.txt

What: Save the Date - Green Party endorsement meeting / members' meeting
Where: 2973 16th St, #300, SF
When: Wed, March 25, 7-9 pm
Agenda:
We will consider endorsments for all candidates who answered our
questionnaires, which we sent to everyone in the race after the filing
deadline whose contact information we can find. Candidates' answers
will be posted on our website. However, we will only interview
candidates who at least 2 active members want to invite.
We will also consider endorsements for local ballot props A-D. Text
of those props is posted here: https://www.sf.gov/qualified-measures
Note that if we decide to invite a lot of candidates, we may extend
the meeting by 30 minutes earlier and later to give our members an
extra hour to make decisions (i.e., 6:30-9:30 instead of 7-9); we'll
update you by email if this happens.
Every 4th Wednesday the SF Green Party meets to discuss issues of
concern, listen to interesting speakers, endorse events, plan outreach
and more! Everyone welcome. All meetings are wheelchair accessible.
To make a presentation or gain the SFGP endorsement of events and
issues, please contact our SFGP County Council at: cc at sfgreens.org
Mask policy: Masks are currently optional indoors, for both vaccinated
and non-vaccinated people. We provide the option for SF Green Party
members and guests to participate in our meetings via Zoom, so email
cc at sfgreens.org for info on how you can join us virtually.
