Hello friends,
In case you stopped reading newspapers because they refuse to give the Greens fair coverage, we wanted you to know that they will in fact cover us if they sense a story about us struggling. Both the SF Bay Guardian and Wall Street Journal did stories on the local Party over the last couple of weeks focusing on how we were struggling to raise money and register Greens. The Guardian article especially upset a lot of people who felt that it was a hit piece intended to make people feel like there was no reason to remain in the Party, and there has been a robust discussion taking place in the comments section and Politics blog. Please share a piece of your mind if you believe there is still a need for a third party which doesn't take bribes in the form of corporate donations, and stands by it's values. Then prove them wrong by becoming even more active with the Party and join us Wednesday for a very special forum on Peak Oil and Energy!
