[GPCA-SGA-Votes] SGA delegates list - Please review and correct! RESEND

[Nicole Castor]

Usually this list comes with the current registration numbers for counties
to show how the proportion of delegates are figured. Is the current
delegate allotment reflecting the current registration numbers?
