Thank you, Eric, but unless I am missing something, nowhere does this
Article discuss training for new Moderators as
suggested eloquently by Laura Wells. It recommends (4-5.8(b)) but does not
require training in dealing with list posters, but
nothing about training Moderators.
Perhaps Laura's list should be added to 4-5.8.
