The proposal for an endorsement process makes no mention of a vetting
process, or any such conditions of endorsement. Voting for it is voting for
a blank check.
Nobody authorizes content, in a case like this, in a decentralized
organization. Instead, such things are dictated by community pressure &
support, which is why it's also important to have these discussions amongst
us, rather than in private, so that the people involved can weigh in.
