The Dems cannot stack our primaries now because there are no party
primaries. In the Top Two system the Dems can already vote for Green
candidates. They are not barred from doing so.<br><br>
The Dems were not able to stack our primaries before because we did not
have Top Two and we had closed primaries.<br><br>
We need to eliminate Top Two and return to closed primaries.<br><br>
