Great.  How's about we start circulating a draft till we're all OK  
with it.  I really had only one long sentence to include myself:

Passage of our Community Choice legislation means that the CIty and  
County of San Francisco won't be needing any lethal, environmentally  
unjust, gas turbine peaker power in the predominantly Black and Brown  
Bayview Hunters Point or Lakeview-Oceanside-Merced Districts, or any  
equally lethal, environmentally unjust coal-fired power produced by  
Peabody Coal or Sithe Global Industries or any other corporate  
miscreants in the long-suffering native Four Corners, also known as  
the National Sacrifice Area.
