the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) is incredibly influential 
on city energy policy and needs a member of the public to step forward 
as a citizen member. Please read, consider applying, and pass on to 
other clean energy and public communications policy advocates.

Please apply for membership.  LAFCo needs a third member to have a 
meeting.  The regular member "member of the public" is out on maternity 
leave and her alternate (Cathleen Sullivan) has left for grad school.
