[Sustain] Bump November Meeting To Thursday 29th

Hi again,

The November meeting would fall on Thanksgiving Day, but there is in 
fact a fifth Thursday in November, so if no one objects I'll schedule 
the Sustainability meeting for the same time and place on Thursday, 
November 29th.
