Sunshined Evidence: SFPUC Staff Co-Writing Cal ISO Letters That SFPUC
Then Point To As 'Independent' Proof That Peakers Are Only Option!

Attached see email exchanges, recently gained under a 24 hour Sunshine
request from the SFPUC staff, which show clearly that SFPUC Deputy
Director for Power, Barbara Hale, actively orchestrated and even
-edited- and approved for release, the supposedly independent Cal ISO
letters which Hale and others of the SFPUC staff then pointed to as
justification for continuing the Combustion Turbine 'Peaker' Project.

Other letters in this pdf attachment show SFPUC staff actively
orchestrating Cal ISO in direct lobbying efforts to promote the Peaker
Project.
