[Sustain] Switch Meetings To Third Thursdays?

I think we couldn't do the 20th for some reason, so I suggested we wait 
until next month and attend the Nov 13th clean energy conference instead.

I was assuming this month was off, especially since we are having a 
discussion about energy issues tomorrow at the GM.
