I want to remain hopeful that Obama really will signify a change.  But 
this taped message to the Governors' Conference on Climate Change hosted 
by Arnold Schwarzenegger will raise flags.   He seems to see nuclear as 
a "part of the answer" to climate change, and so sees nuclear promoters 
as allies, having a "friend in the White House"
