[Sustain] [SFGP-A] Email Today To Defend Local Pet Stores From Chain

Local residents have a say in this by law. We did it in the Haight to prevent Urban Outfitters from moving in. But, yes, CU does override that. 

Maybe it's time to amend the law to disallow CU exceptions.
