@ Sue, re: Bart Board Questionnaire: Do you think the money lost in civil
case suits like Oscar Grant's and others undermine the efforts for the
unions and management to have proper relations and not undermine the
union-management agreement(s)?

(or paraphrase it more appropriately if i'm missing vital information that
would strengthen this..)..
