Probably my letter got published<i> because</i> Toni wrote too.&nbsp; The
Examiner got more than one letter on the same subject, and that
increases the chances of getting published.<br>

Don't be discouraged Toni. It is rarely that letters get published, 
especially when they oppose PG&amp;E. I was surprised that we got any at all.
