At long last, the presentation of the Peak Oil report is scheduled. If
you could forward it to any appropriate lists, I would appreciate it.<br>

The presentation is July 9 to the GAO committee of the Board of Supes,
1:00 in Room 263. Many of our recommendations are the same as one
would do for climate change, but this gives us another argument for
change. To make an impression, we need members of the public to
support us. I encourage anyone who is interested (and available in the
middle of a work day) to come out. Jason Mark and I will be there
early.<br>

I attach the report. It's long, but the first 16 pages have a lot of
the best stuff. Plus the transpo chapter has some interesting data.<br>
