            The zoning proposal will go before the full Board of
            Supervisors for its first reading tomorrow (Tuesday).
             Following the rules of the Board, public comment on the
            zoning proposal will not be allowed because the issue was
            already heard in committee.  Because of this, and because
            our strong turnouts at the Planning Commission and the Land
            Use committee hearings led to very strong support for the
            ordinance on the Board, we are not mobilizing for a large
            turnout tomorrow.<br>
            <br>
            However, if you will be near City Hall or enjoy a good
            hearing, details about tomorrow’s are:<br>
