retired engineer, founder of the Japanese Skilled
Veterans Corps for Fukushima, who will be touring the US
to promote internationalization of the cleanup. Would
you be interested in helping to plan an appearance for
him in Oakland, perhaps at the Grand Lake? We know Alan
