Hi all,

Reminder:

Tell Mayor Lee To Stop Blocking Clean Power In San Francisco At
Monday March 31 Hearing

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee
has cynically blocked CleanPowerSF and released a revised Climate
Action Strategy with CleanPowerSF unacceptably deleted from it!

On September 18, 2012, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, by
a supermajority vote, directed the San Francisco Public Utilities
Commission (SFPUC) to launch the CleanPowerSF program.
CleanPowerSF is planned to immediately give San Franciscans the
choice of 100% clean electricity, and hire hundreds of workers to
build community projects to deliver 50% of that clean electricity
from local installations.

But outrageously, Mayor Lee (who has received campaign support
from the fossil fuel utility Pacific Gas & Electric) has been
using his leverage as mayor to prevent CleanPowerSF from
launching. In his latest attempt to interfere with CleanPowerSF,
Mayor Lee has just released a revised version of the city's
Climate Action Strategy with all references to CleanPowerSF
removed!
