Hi, John-Marc,

I wanted to follow-up on our conversation the other day about the fundraising letter and what kind of impact it would have on our finances.

I'm attaching the latest spreadsheet of our finances. There are a lot of other worksheets included that I was just using to work out our last report - you can disregard them... Not very interesting.

Right now, we are just waiting for two checks to post - phone and PG&E. Other than that, I think we're pretty much all settled up with our payments, though I'm still a little unclear on if we were ever going to payback (?) Barry (?) for mailing fees for the slate card? The printing of the card itself has been paid and posted.

I'm still not very clear on what the amounts were decided on for rent for campaigns, and who is tracking this. Jane Kim's campaign gave us a check for $100 the other day... Is that what we are expecting from her? I don't know.  Either way, there may or may not be more income from the recent campaigns. I'm talking to Susan as well about the phone bills and phonebanking for Krissy's campaign. We haven't gotten the bill for November usage (obviously), but that will likely be elevated due to the last minute phonebanking. All in all, I suspect it would be about $100 income there.

Currently (after the checks post), we will have a balance of $3559.70.

Our usual costs for month total around $1100 ($600 in rent and $500 in other bills). It looks like we're set for December and January pretty easily, and given that we're having (?) a fundraiser in January, February looks to sit well for us.

I think you said that the letter would cost around $1000? If so, then I don't think we'll have any problem. If it's more than that, we might want to look into this a little more. I say this because I don't want us to look money on simple things like late or overdraft charges anymore. For example, yes, our rent does work out to $600, but that's only if Our City gets their check to us on time. If not, we need that extra padding in there to make it smooth.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Take care,
Christine
