Hi, Do we have a list of lapsed sustainers (i.e., people who donated in the last few years, but whose credit cards expired)? Even if we don't have their complete contact info, we could match it against our voter file or full donor database. If Christine can come up with the list (or if we could track it down from somebody who previously handled the sustainer program), the CC could do the actual calling.
