Please cc: laurawells510@gmail.com, so that the state’s Grassroots Organizing Working Group (GROW) can keep track. You can compare the total number of delegates in your county to the delegate allotments, also above.

Here is a list of 5 counties that are designated as “active” whose lists of SGA delegates have not yet been received for the term ending June 30, 2018. Please note that SGA members from one year do not automatically "roll over" to the next year. (NOTE: On 10/31/17 before the previous SGA vote, we sent a request to the SGA delegates from the prior year, and we’ll do that again now. Fortunately, some missing counties did submit their new delegations, and we’re hoping for even more success with this request than we got last fall.)

Register now at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/gpca-ventura-general-assembly-tickets-39178128838 for our upcoming  General Assembly , which will be held on Saturday and Sunday, November 11th and 12th, 2017 in Ventura County at the Bell Arts Factory , 432 N Ventura Ave. Ventura, CA  93001.

Registration is $45 through midnight, Sunday November 5th and $55 afterward, so please register soon. All registrations include lunch and a light breakfast. Meals will include vegetarian or vegan options.

We ask that you please register online now - it will save you and the party time, and makes our record-keeping easier and more accurate.

A draft agenda is now posted online at http://cagreens.org/ga/2017-11/draft-agenda. The agenda will be updated with more details and links for some of the proposals, so check back.

Here is a list of each county’s allotted number of delegates. See below for a list of allotments for active counties.The number of delegates allotted for each county is calculated following GPCA bylaw 7-1 using the State of California's February voter count. General Assembly delegates are one-time delegates who plan to attend the state meeting; they can be the same as, or different from, the Standing General Assembly delegates who participate in periodic on-line voting.

We ask that counties submit a list of their selected delegates to the State Meeting Planning Committee (agenda-team@cagreens.org) no later than Friday, Nov. 3rd.

Please be on the lookout for further notices with additional details as they become available. Please help make this GA successful and inclusive by spreading this information within your counties and committees
