Phonebanking/Attendance at Pride booth: Sorry I wasn’t able to do much phone banking prior to the two events in June - my job has been crazy and exhausting lately. I wasn’t feeling well this past weekend, but I hope we had a good turnout at our Pride booth. Outreach Mailings: Can we get some stats on (1) how many flyers were sent out for each event, (2) the cost of each printing/mailing and (3) the “return-on-investment” (aka how many people emailed, called or visited our booths in response to our mailings? Member Database: Since we don’t currently have a database with a UI for laypersons to enter data, would SFGP consider getting NationBuilder? I know many campaigns use it. I used it a tiny bit on the Kenneth Mejia campaign and would be willing to learn if I knew we would make use of it for building our local GP. Best regards, Lance

We just did the one mailing of ~40 people. If any of them turned out to an event, or donated, then it's probably worth continuing.

What type of UI would you want? The reason we don't have one now is because nobody really wanted to enter data (other than me). I'd prefer not to pay for NB. JMC -- John-Marc Chandonia (jmc@sfgreens.org) http://sfgreens.org/
