Hi Folks,
I am crafting a release about the candidate forum on March 15.  I hope to have it ready to go by Monday.  I don't anticipate much media, but we have a good chance of getting some bloggers or alt media to attend.
A few important questions:
**should we also post the event as a calendar item on Indymedia and such?  Do we want the general public to attend, even non-Greens?
**start time - the SFGP web site says 7:30, but I heard it may start at 7.
**Who is confirmed to speak?
**Is the intention for the questionnaires to also be made public?  Can they be made available to the media upon request?  Do we anticipate having all completed questionnaires returned to the SFGP by March 15?

We should also prepare a release announcing the anticipated endorsements.  I also noticed that our Campaign & Candidates working group info on the web site needs a little updating, and I can help with that as well.  We may want to post our 2006 questionnaire on it and certainly update the working group chair contact info.

Regarding the March 29 fundraiser, if we have a place, time and a few confirmed performers we can go ahead and draft a calendar announcement, and I am happy to help.  We'll need to have it ready by March 15 to get it into the Guardian.  Some other places also have a 2+ week advance deadline.  I can also help with VIP lounge and hospitality.
Thanks everyone!
Erika
