I would be into either one. The third Tuesday would be the 18th this month. 2nd Thursday is the 13th.

Unfortunately, that would be the day after the CC meeting, so it would
be harder to get items agendized.  How about the 3rd Tuesday or the
2nd Thursday, so the CC has time to schedule items?
