Hi all, Today San Francisco Supervisor John Avalos led a successful vote at the SF Budget and Finance Committee (I believe for the first time in the history, to reject the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC)'s entire budget, in order to leverage the Mayor to engage in negotiations about the $19.5 million CleanPowerSF reserve fund, which the Mayor attempted to raid for other programs.
