Hey everyone, We are still very short on volunteers for Thursday night. Primarily, we need people to be at the door (in shifts so that people can get up and enjoy the event). Mark Barns (Barnes???) says he'll be at the event until 10 p.m., for GROW I guess, but he'll need people to help and give him breaks. John-Marc is going to help transport things from the office to Studio Z (and he'll be helping Christine McClintock with her keyboard). Christine is going to be dealing with the stage (I'm assuming). Paul Platt is dealing with the DJs. I'll be at the door but would like some help there, especially at the beginning when I may have to get up and start the event. Pat Gerber has been working on buttons. Bruce Wolfe is offering his car to help transport stuff back to the office (whenever people want to get it out of the space -- 10:30??? 11????) -- but he will need help. Emmie will be bringing her digital camera to take photos for the web page (if they are wanted). Jazzie and Mary Anne Greb have have offered to help also -- and the place where we most need it right now is at the door. Please let me know if you can volunteer at the door, even if only for 15 minutes. Doors open at 8 p.m., but we can get there earlier to set up (souncheck is at 7 p.m.) Sue
