Please excuse the mangled paragraph in my earlier message that should have said: I suggested a solar farm instead of a stadium on Parcel E in the shipyard to Mary Ratcliff, but she said they just want the Navy to haul all the hugely toxic, and radioactive dirt on Parcel E off someplace else, thus enlarging the Bay. Again, relation to Transpo is: How do we power mass transit? (I understand how they feel about it, but I didn't know how to respond 'cause I sure as hell wasn't gonna say take it to Yucca Mt.
