Attached is the letter Newsom wrote opposing the very minimal restrictions imposed by Chris Daly's C-3 legislation. Newsom alludes to Alioto-Pier's legislation, but that is not included in the attachment. Possible agenda for 1/24 1) Howard Strassner would like to present a proposal for a user fee of $5 per gallon of gasline. I believe he will bring hard copies of his resolution, and I will try to remember to forward what he sends to me beforehand; 2) Tom Radulovich and Christina Olague have agreed to come and tell us what they think we should focus on for the upcoming year; 3) Pi Ra would like ot give and update on the Pedestrian Master Plan.
