Dave, I read the SPUR summary which recommends against the resurfacing bond on the grounds that the bond is primarily for routine maintenance and not capital projects. I would oppose even for capital projects. SPUR recommends that money for resurfacing come from a vehicle registration fee -- as San Mateo County has. Sue Please note: message attached
