Advertising for 4/27 Movie Screening
Hello, I've been workin on getting the word out for the 4/27 event, and had a couple of questions. John-Marc, do you still have the contact list for all the people who couldn't get in last time? We should contact them - is this an email list? Do you have it handy? Can you just send it to me? Also, how do we get listed in the weekly events - are you handling this now, too? And what about getting it listed on the website - who should I talk to about that? I was also wondering about really coordinating with GROW this time - get some tabling done, and I think they might be able to help us with the door, as well. Who's really the head of GROW - is this Micheas, or Mark Barnes? Any other suggestions on advertising outlets? THANKS! Christine

I just told them that they would be signed up for our weekly email messages, and that they'd get reminders of the next showing. I'll make sure the notice gets into the next couple of newsletters.
