For this reason, we would like to share with you a copy of our transportation plank, adopted by the San Francisco Green Party late last year. Please note that this transportation plank is divided into categories dealing with transit justice, the Muni and regional transit, parking, taxis, pedestrians, bicycles, and streets and cars. Based on the principles included in this document, the Transportation Working Group of the San Francisco Green Party has lobbied members of the Board of Supervisors, the Board of Directors of the Municipal Transportation Agency, members of the Golden Gate Park Concourse Authority and other officials on a number of issues, and we plan to continue to do so. It is our hope that these officials begin to implement decisions based on this plank. With your help, we hope they begin to do so sooner, rather than later.
