Hi, There will be a Transportation Working Group meeting on Thursday night (March/11) at 7:30 to plan our Transportation Summit. The goal of the summit will be to get progressive transportation experts and other interested people together for an afternoon to discuss policies and to draft a Transportation plank for the SFGP platform. All progressives (not just Greens) will be invited to offer suggestions, but TWG members will have final say over what we want in our plank (and the general membership will have final say over whether they'll accept the plank). At Thursday's meeting, we'll set a date and draft a specific agenda, and work out details on how to divide up the organizing. If you can't make next Thursday's meeting, but want to help with organizing or can suggest somebody you think we should invite, let me know or send email to this list. Thanks, JMC -- John-Marc Chandonia (jmc@sfgreens.org) http://www.dolorespark.org/
If we're giving a presentation to the state plenary, would we like to have the executive director of the CA Bicycle Coalition give a presentation? If so, I could call and invite him and he would probably come. Dave -- Dave Snyder http://www.livablecity.org (415) 431-2445

I think we're just doing a table, not a presentation Aren't you doing a workshop? JMC -- John-Marc Chandonia (jmc@sfgreens.org) http://www.dolorespark.org/
