The Thunderhead Alliance is giving a training for advocates here in San Francisco Oct. 21-23. The training is for representatives of organizations. It costs $250 for the first registrant from an organization, $150 for subsequent registrants. You cannot sign up on your own; you must be sent by an organization. But I know enough of our local grassroots advocacy groups that they would be happy to send you if you present a cogent proposal for a volunteer-led campaign.
