I'm in favor of allowing kids to ride on the sidewalks; I've rarely seen them ride anywhere else, and I wouldn't want them to ride on any street while they're learning due to safety concerns. Adults who are teaching their kids would have to ride with them. I'm fine with this as long as there aren't pedestrians around.
