Next Meeting: May 3, 2004 February Action Minutes Suggestions for Leno Legislation: a) Allow SF to institute higher local auto registration fees. b) Change CEQA to allow SF not to consider LOS impacts on autos when taking a lane for transit, bike or sidewalk widening. c) Do not allow power distributors to charge more than labor costs to a consumer who wants to implement time of use metering. 2) Next month we will discuss Rincon Hill.
