Dear Greens,

    SF Greens have participated in a number of events over the last
week, including the Workers Strike Back organizing conference in
Seattle as well as some local protests against Elon Musk's firing of
federal workers.

    Please join us at our February Members meeting, this Wed, 2/26, to
hear reports from these events and learn how to get involved.  We will
also finalize plans for our New Members Orientation in March, and
contine discussion of our goals for this year.

  Introductions
  Report-back on local activism
  Report-back on Workers Strike Back conference in Seattle
  Finalize letter regarding new members orientation in March
  Continue planning on our goals for this year:
    * Muni Now, Muni Forever (saving public transit)
    * Public grocery stores and pharmacies, to replace corporate
      branches that are closing
    * Working with organized labor (particularly Workers Strike Back)
    * Starting a Green think tank like SPUR
    * Clean Energy
    * Environmental justice in the Bayview and Treasure Island
    * Social Housing
    * Other goals suggested by members

Every 4th Wednesday the SF Green Party meets to discuss issues of
concern, listen to interesting speakers, endorse events, plan outreach
and more!  Everyone welcome.  All meetings are wheelchair accessible.

Mask policy: Masks are currently optional indoors, for both vaccinated
and non-vaccinated people.  We provide the option for SF Green Party
members and guests to participate in our meetings via Zoom, so email
