Dear Greens,

    Last weekend, Greens from around the country met on Zoom for
"Rising Up Green, as Empire Falls Down," a talk and Q&A with former
Presidential candidate Dr. Jill Stein, hosted by the Alameda Greens.

    At our first meeting of 2025, on Wednesday January 22, we'll be
planning on what to focus on this year, with a special meeting for new
members in March.  The agenda is below.

Every 4th Wednesday the SF Green Party meets to discuss issues of
concern, listen to interesting speakers, endorse events, plan outreach
and more!  Everyone welcome.  All meetings are wheelchair accessible.
To make a presentation or gain the SFGP endorsement of events and
issues, please contact our SFGP County Council at: cc at sfgreens.org

Mask policy: Masks are currently optional indoors, for both vaccinated
and non-vaccinated people.  We provide the option for SF Green Party
members and invited candidates to participate in our meetings via
Zoom, so email cc at sfgreens.org for info on how you can join us
virtually.

The People's March - Saturday at noon at 24th & Bryant
Answer organized march on Sunday, 1 pm, Civic Center
Annual MLK Day March - Monday, 11 am, Caltrain Station

Anyone interested in attending, please contact Barry Hermanson at

the marches.

What:  Call for Volunteers - Social and Economic Justice Fetival
Where:  Mission High, 3750 18th St, SF
When:  Sat, Jan 25 - Sun, Jan 26

The SF Green Party is part of the Social and Economic Justice Music
Festival that showcases workshops and concerts with songs for the
fight against poverty, militarism and racism. Along with a Congress of
the People to develop a People's Platform, the festival helps build
the resistance to Trump and defend democracy.

Activities will be held at Mission High School in San Francisco on
Saturday, January 25, and Sunday, January 26.

We need volunteers. Register here for the music festival and choose that
you are volunteering in lieu of paying a conference fee.
