[Gpca-votes] SGA VOTE is in process - it's time to cast your vote!

You dont need to join the sjc greens in order to do anything it is just a
feature of our site which is being used because of politics pertaining to
the old system and old website.  Its just a temporary fix until we get
things going with the other system.
