[GPCA-SGA-Votes] Discuss ID 147: GPCA endorsement for Secretary of State

The SGA voting period is “03/26/2018 - 04/01/2018.” And the primary is on
June 5, 2018. And, per June’s earlier message, we can choose to endorse 1
or more candidates or no candidates. It’s our call.
