[GPCA-SGA-Votes] Discuss ID 155: Endorsement Policy Amendment: GPCA Endorsements for General Election Candidates

Individuals and even clubs/ County Central Committees are much different
than the CA Dem Party endorsing a Green which is essentially what this
proposal is asking the state GP to do
