[GPCA-SGA-Votes] Reminder Of Information Links For This GPCA SGA Vote

Parliamentary Inquiry:

Do the current bylaws state that voting is held by secret ballot?
If so, wouldn’t it be unconstitutional to state who has voted and what the
current tally is?
