[Sustain] [GPCA-Energy] Waste water to hydrogen

Interesting that bacteria can be used as pre-digesters, helping 
release the hydrogen.  Looks like regular sewage plants don't have 
the necessary ingredients.

Could need to rethink water treatment strategies.
