Looking at Map Quest there appears to be an I - 80 freeway exit coming from either direction at Georgia St.

Coming from Sacramento, exit the Freeway and turn right on Georgia, go approximately 2 miles until you come to Santa Clara St, the Library will be on the 2nd corner to your right.

Coming from the bay area, exit the Freeway, turn left on Georgia, go over the Freeway and go approximately 2 miles until you come to Santa Clara St, the Library will be on the 2nd corner to your right.
