Before the hearing, we would like to sit down with you and discuss the City's recent efforts and recommendations for how the City can meet CAISO's reliability criteria through 2018. We will also discuss the most recent information regarding the CAISO Local Capacity Requirement and Resource Adequacy process and Reliability Must Run (RMR) process.
