I haven't had time to read this part yet, but I'll include Ted's concerns when I copy it in (just as I noted my concerns about some of the taxi points Sue proposed). I'll re-send the whole plank as soon as I get more feedback and the other two sections (from Jerry and Sue). Ted, can you propose some points regarding motorcycles that we might reach consensus on? also, the shot at motorcycles is unnecessary. take it out. motorcyclists dont talk on cell phones when they drive or run redlights and they take little space when the park. they are not the problem here.
