Actually, I saw Joe Speaks in City Hall on Mondayy and just handed him my last good copy of the platform (can I get more?). No cover letter needed. Joe recommended that we submit copies of the platform to Michael Burns and Stuart Sunshine -- not that they would read it, but it would begin to get them used to the idea that the Green Party, as well as many others, are thinking about this.
