Sorry, one more thing. State law must be changed in order for D.A. Harris to treat pedestrian/motor vehicle collisions as anything more than moving violations. If someone goes through stop sign and hits and kills a ped, unless intent can be proved, the driver is only charged with a moving violation (going through a stop sign).
